In terms of treatment services, Dr. Marsh provides highly specialized therapy services to children, teens, and young adults who are struggling with specific challenges, including:
Anxiety Disorders (generalized anxiety, separation anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, and specific phobias)
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Tic Disorders and Tourette's syndrome
Somatic Symptom Disorders and Functional Neurological Disorders
Many people who struggle with these challenges may also present with co-morbid concerns regarding depressed mood, self-esteem, poor coping skills, weak attention skills, and social skills deficits.

What does treatment include?
Dr. Marsh works together with children and families to develop the most appropriate treatment plan for their unique concerns. Sessions typically include a combination of individual, parent, and family sessions. Sessions are currently conducted either in-person (with appropriate safety precautions) or via a telehealth platform. Dr. Marsh also often collaborates with the child's school when appropriate.

This may include Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Comprehensive Behavior Therapy Intervention for Tics (CBiT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Mindfulness, as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Payment
Dr. Marsh does not accept insurance and is an out-of-network provider with insurance companies. Many health insurance companies will pay for some portion of the therapy services. However, because Dr. Marsh does not bill insurance companies directly, payment is expected from clients at the time of service. Please inquire with Dr. Marsh regarding specific fees.
