Adult Neuropsychological Evaluation: please inquire* *evaluation rates can vary based upon referral question/complexity Therapy Intake (60 minutes): $225 Therapy Session (45 minutes): $175 We are private pay, out-of-network (OON) providers, which means that we do not take insurance and payment is due at the time of service. We provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. We would be happy to provide you with the specific CPT codes so that you can inquire with you insurance company before scheduling an appointment.
