Pediatric Neuropsychology Services

Dr. Megan Marsh is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in neuropsychological assessment of children, adolescents, and young adults.

Dr. Marsh's areas of expertise include:

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Developmental delays
  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
  • Academic difficulties and specific learning disabilities, including dyslexia
  • Language delays
  • Neurological injury, medical issues, or genetic disorders that impact cognition and behavior (such as epilepsy or a seizure disorder, traumatic brain injury, birth injury, stroke, cancer, brain tumors, movement disorders)
  • Emotional or psychiatric difficulties, including depression and a range of anxiety disorders

A neuropsychological evaluation including comprehensive testing that provides a profile of an individual's cognitive strengths and weaknesses, assists in determining a clinical diagnosis, and provides recommendations for appropriate treatment or intervention approaches.  Dr. Marsh works with individuals in preschool through college and young adulthood. 

Dr. Marsh is currently accepting new clients in both office locations, including South Windsor and Avon, Connecticut. 

In addition to testing services, Dr. Marsh is now offering both in-person and telehealth therapy services.

Dr. Marsh offers highly specialized therapy services to children, teens, and young adults.  This includes treatment for a range of anxiety disorders (including generalized anxiety, separation anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, and specific phobias), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Selective Mutism, Tic Disorders and Tourette's syndrome, as well as somatic symptom disorders and functional neurological disorders.  

Options include both short-term targeted therapy as well as longer-term, ongoing support.
